I am a native of McDowell County and have lived on the same road in Pleasant Gardens my entire life. I am blessed to be married to my wonderful wife Kristyn and we have three children, Sadie, Truett and Annie. I received my bachelors degree from East Tennessee State University.


I was raised in the Methodist Church and came to Christ at the age of ten. It wasn’t until I turned thirty when I finally understood that I had never fully given my life to Christ and lived the way that we are called to live. In 2017, I was baptized to proclaim to the world that I am a child of God, saved by His grace. I am sincerely honored to be serving as the Worship Pastor here at Grace!



I am a 365 day a year Christmas aficionado. I love spending time with family and friends. I enjoy a wide variety of music from Bluegrass to Jazz and last, but certainly not least, I am a die-hard North Carolina Tar Heel Basketball fan!
